Tea is an act complete in its simplicity. This cup of tea in my two hands, mindfulness is held uprightly. My body and mind dwell in the very here and now. In the simple, pure space, the original prototype of the teahouse, being is between one breath and another, mind flows in tranquility by sipping a cup of tea. I want to transmit an experience of emptiness by the Chinese tea ceremony in the contest of Tuscan medieval architectures and landscapes.  Tea utensils, flower arrangements and the surroundings are extremely simple, where the outward simplicity leads to inward space. When i offer tea to a guest, i bear in mind to follow the ritual sequence with an earnest heart and the utmost sincerity.
